MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I wanted my last post of the 7 days to be very simple.  As I was looking for festive ideas on Pinterest the other day, I came across this quote by C.S. Lewis.

"Once in our world, a stable had something in it that was bigger than our whole world."

I loved this quote because I thought that it did a great job at emulating the significance of the birth that we celebrate every year.  Because our Savior was born, we are allowed the chance at happiness and joy that comes from eternal life with our families.  That's bigger than any present you will receive this year.  I hope that we can all remember that as we spend time with our families and celebrate the holidays this year.
I just want to take a moment and express my gratitude to all of you who have joined me on this crafting journey!  Celebrating holidays has been something I've found a lot of fun doing.  That is why I take time to make things and share them.  Hopefully this coming year I will be able to create and share more.  I hope that you find yourself happy and around those you love this holiday season.  I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!
